In February 2017 Château Lacoste will open Villa Lacoste, its luxury hotel/spa/restaurant. Working in collaboration with Marseille based 3 star Michelin chef Gérard Passedat the restaurant gastronomique will be called "Pavillon Louise - in tribute to Louise Bourgeois whose spider welcomes visitors to the vineyard come art centre and whose sculpture "couple" adornes the dining room.

In 2004 Irish businessman Patrick McKillen purchased the domaine in Puy Ste. Reparade. Olive groves, almond orchards and vines drew him to the location in the heart of the Luberon but he soon commissioned architectural works by world renowned architects Tadao Ando, Frank Gehry, Jean Nouvel, as well as art works by Richard Serra, Andy Goldsworthy and Hiroshi Sugimoto.
