Marché de Noël

With Val Joanis and Chateau Estoublon downsizing their famous Christmas Markets, the opportunity was wide open for another vineyard to step in. Corinne & Emmanuel Gensollen, who recently purchased Le Domaine de Brillane from Rupert Burch, have scheduled a Christmas Market featuring regional delicacies on December 4th, 2011.

In addition to their organic red and rosé wines you can purchase their delicate dessert wine Cuvée Margot, made from hand-picked sun ripened grenach and syrah grapes. Three Michelin Star chef Gerard Passedat of Le Petit Nice recommends it with fruit and chocolate desserts.

Hédiard, the legendary house of fine foods will be selling truffles, foie gras, hams and candied fruit to name but a few delicacies available. Puyricard, Provence's traditional chocolate-maker will be present as will la Maison André Boyer from Sault who is known for his outstanding nougat.

This is the perfect opportunity to make some purchases for your gourmet friends and family in a stunning setting with spectacular views of Mount Sainte Victoire.
