Chateauneuf-du-Pape Harvest Menu

La Sommelerie, a wonderful hotel and restaurant in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, has designed a special harvest menu featuring the wines of local vineyards throughout the month of October.

The following is a sample menu for October 15th, 2011 which was created around the wines produced at the very exclusive Château Mont-Redon.

Brochette of langoustines with rosemary and shellfish bisque and mushrooms.
